Anyone who knows me can tell you that I’m a huge fitness junkie. I’ve tried everything from Zumba to Insanity, and I just can’t get enough! Recently, I got into weight lifting in an attempt to strengthen my muscles. And well….I’m not a pro lifter! I then turned to the internet (specifically Youtube) for an alternative.
That is when I stumbled upon Blogilates!
Blogilates is run by Cassey Ho, a certified fitness and Pilates instructor, who is also the founder of POP Pilates! She has many fun videos on Youtube that target specific muscle groups, along with pop music you can bust a sweat to. Her workouts are very fun, and with Ho’s encouraging voice, you won’t want to quit!
For those who don’t just want Pilates–don’t fear! There are butt-kicking cardio workouts!
